For Cid, the biggest area of focus for growing Classic Caladiums on the retail side is optimizing their operations. Their team processes over ten thousand bulbs a day so they need to be running a well-oiled machine.
Cid helped implement Shopify and Thrive Inventory to gain more visibility and tools to expand the business. Cid shares, “We’re at the phase where we understand the tools we’ve got. Now we’re realizing our retail season normally ends on the 30th of [May]. We’ve got these really cool tools now, can we sell into July with better tools in our hands.”
