Does AI Assist support document types beyond vendor invoices?
No. AI Assist doesn’t currently support other document types such as packing slips, credit memos, or bills of lading.
How accurate is the data extraction from vendor invoices, especially for non-standard formats?
The more information your vendor invoices have, the more accurate the upload will be. However, as you continue to use AI Assist, it will get smarter and more familiar with your product catalog, increasing accuracy.
Can the AI recognize and flag potential discrepancies or errors in imported data?
Yes. Thrive Inventory will highlight any line items that do not have a clear match in your inventory. You can go ahead and edit the product or create a brand new product right in the import.
What file types can be imported for the AI Assist Purchase Orders?
PDF, PNG, JPEG, or WEBP file formats can be imported.
What does the Purchase Order import approval workflow look like?
Yes. Determine which users can import AI Assist Purchase Orders for specific locations.
Each AI Assist Purchase Order will have an audit log of all the actions recorded and notes.
What happens if a business exceeds the three free imports per month?
When you exceed three free imports a month, you will be charged $2 per created Purchase Order when you have the AI Assist Purchase Order add-on.

What plans include AI Assist Purchase Orders?
Standard and Professional plans can access three free created AI Assist Purchase Orders. To create more each month, you need the AI Assist add-on plan, which is $99/month. Then it is an additional $2 per created Purchase Order.
Elite and Enterprise plans have AI Assist included with no extra monthly cost. After three free created AI Assist Purchase Orders, there is a $2 usage fee for each additional Purchase Order.
Can I upload multiple files from a vendor at once?
Currently, it’s not possible to upload multiple files from a vendor at once. However, you can combine multiple pages into a single file (PDF, PNG, JPEG, or WEBP) before uploading.
